They click Submit and capture the confirmation as proof. You review and click Confirm — the application flips to Applied.

Before any submissions can happen, you invite someone you trust and give them scoped access to your data — without sharing passwords by text.
You type a friend's email into Settings → Invitations. JobKnox emails them a one-time link.
Friend clicks the link, sees who's asking, signs in with Google. Their account is locked to your data forever — they can't see anyone else on JobKnox.
You save the username and password for each Workday/iCIMS/Taleo/custom-form account you've already created with these employers. Stored AES-GCM encrypted at rest.
Once setup is done, your role per application is just tap Request help and later Confirm. The volunteer does all the copy-pasting into ATS forms. You see a full access log of every credential reveal: which volunteer, when, for which task.
